LRGC offers training to all categories in Rhythmic gymnastics.
We also offer classes with Russian experts upon request.
LRGC officially participates in international and national competitions in different categories.
About L.R.G.C
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or groups of five manipulate one or two pieces of apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. the gymnast uses small hand apparatus to weave a routine of flawless beauty moulding gymnast, music and apparatus into one by combining elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation.
Classes we Offer:
1. Rhythmic Gymnastics ( Amateur Teams, Competitive Teams, Private Classes, Routines Construction, Adults)
2. Ballet (Ballet for gymnastics, Classic Ballet, Private Classes, Group Classes)
3. Fitness (Conditioning Classes for Rhythmic Gymnastics – Groups – Privates – Kids – Adults)
4. Flexibility (Flexibility for Rhythmic Gymnastics – Private Classes Kids and Adults)
5. we Provide Classes with world Champions and Olympians upon request.

About Our Coaches:
-All our Coaches are Certified and Officially Registered in the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation.

About Our Head Coach, Founder And Owner
Dr. Lobna Ahmed Arouss who started her career as a rhythmic gymnast in 1989, participated in multiple national and international competitions, as both an individual gymnast and as part of a group:
Dr Lobna then started her coaching career in 2001, and then became an F.I.G certified coach in 2010. She has helped many gymnasts reach their goals of winning national and international competitions.
Regulations :
1- Attendance cannot be less than 80% for all teams.
2- Gymnasts with attendance less than 80% for 3 successive months will be disqualified and substituted with a gymnast on the waiting list.
3- Payment deadline is at the beginning of EVERY month.
4- Hair should be neat and raised.
5- Outfit during practice should be tight, preferably black
